The SANER 2017 will take place at the Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt,
which is located only about 0.5 kilometers east of the lake Wörthersee and
about 2 kilometers west of the city center.

The most convenient way to reach Klagenfurt is by airplane. Klagenfurt airport (airport code: KLU) is easily accessible from the major airport Vienna. Regular flights between Vienna and Klagenfurt are offered several times a day and the flight takes only around 45 minutes. Star Alliance partners such as Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines operate numerous flight from many parts of the world via their main hubs in Frankfurt, Munich, or Vienna (see also the flights scheduled to and from the Klagenfurt airport). From the Klagenfurt airport take a taxi or public bus to reach your hotel within 10-15 minutes.
If you plan to travel via Munich, Salzburg, or Graz, you might consider travelling by train. The train station “Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof” is located in the center of Klagenfurt.
